Earn up to a $1,000 referral fee and a one-week parking pass at The Parking Spot Sepulveda for any tenant who signs a lease at an H.B. Drollinger Co.-managed property. For each referral that results in a signed, standard lease of one year or more for occupancy of space in a H.B. Drollinger Co. owned or managed facility (broker referrals are not included), you will receive a referral fee of up to $1,000 (depending on the size of the new tenant) at the time of the new tenant’s occupancy.

PLEASE NOTE: This notice (issued June 3, 2010) supersedes all other previous notices in regard to H.B. Drollinger Co.’s Tenant Referral Program. This program is effective through September 6, 2010.

To qualify, you must introduce the prospective referral in writing to the company’s Operations Manager Miki Payne at miki@hbdrollinger.com. A follow-up letter will be sent by the H.B. Drollinger Co. acknowledging receipt of the referral.
